Northeast Wilmington residents are speaking up. Too many new corner stores are opening along N. Market Street, offering little more than junk food while overlooking the needs of the people who live here. These businesses do not strengthen our community. They hold it back.
We believe our neighborhood deserves better. We deserve access to fresh food. We deserve businesses that create jobs and invest in our future. And we deserve a say in what development looks like on our streets.
